The Origin Story

Invictus began long before it had a name. We stood in the strategy rooms of mayoral and parliamentary hopefuls, amplified the voice of the wrongfully convicted, and shielded grieving families from the glare of a relentless press.

We have witnessed firsthand the devastation wrought by the press and online volatility when a narrative spirals out of control.

This firm was born, in part, from tragedy. Years ago, our founder watched an associate - a man of conviction, young, but wise beyond his years - systematically disassembled by a hostile social and legacy media campaign (and the Family Court). The public attacks were relentless. Without a shield to deflect the pressure, the weight became too great, and was no doubt a contributing factor when he eventually took his own life.

Rest in Peace, Jesse.
